Entity & Business Structure

A Seasoned Investor, LLC is the data controller for information collected via this Site. A Seasoned Investor, LLC operates the educational business marketed as The Fix & Flip Academy. Peak Private Lending LLC and Peak Properties LLC are separate legal entities.
